October 2009, the Company changes the name of its California operations to “Kings Road Media & Entertainment Group” and registers the trademark “KINGS ROAD ENTERTAINMENT”. The Company is known and publicly traded under its Delaware registration “Kings Road Entertainment, Inc” and has more than 240 copyrights registered to the Company’s name. The Company enjoys extremely high recognition of its brand name and as it continues to build up its base of movie assets, the continued protection of them is a high priority.

August 2009, the Company signs a cooperation agreement with Amalgamated Pixels, Westlake Village, CA. Amalgamated Pixels is a well known visual effects company and their movie credits cover dozens of well known films including work on The Matrix, Rush Hour 3, 300, Die Hard 4, Final Destination 4 etc. Kings Road Entertainment’s slate of movies in development includes an animation film and a number of movies with a high proportion of visual effects whose development will immediately benefit from this cooperation.

January 2009, the SEC dismisses their administration proceeding against Kings Road Entertainment Inc with prejudice. The proceeding was instigated due to the Company’s failure to timely file their periodic reports with the SEC. December 2008, the Company appoints Haskell & White of Irvine CA as new independent auditors. This followed the suspension of the Company’s previous auditors by the PCAOB for matters unrelated to Kings Road Entertainment.

October 2008, a majority of shareholders approve the increase in authorized common stock to 50 million and blank check preferred stock to 2 million.

August 2008, Double Academy Award winning producer, Branko Lustig agrees to join the board of directors of Kings Road Entertainment Inc.

July 2008, the Company signs a Production Services Agreement with West Coast Pictures LLC (“WCP”). The agreement defines certain conditions including a “first look” option at projects identified for development by WCP who’s Principal, Sven Ebeling, is also Head of Production at the Company.

July 2008, the Company settles its litigation with former director and officer H. Martin DeFrank and shareholder John Burnley.

June 2008, the Company’s European subsidiary signs a co-production deal with Monumental Studios, Paris concerning a co-operation to produce “13ieme Mois”, a black comedy to be filmed in Brazil upon completion of financing. May 2008, Company President Philip Holmes is appointed to Chief Executive Officer.

December 2007, Sven Ebeling, is appointed as Head of Production of Kings Road Entertainment.

December 2007, Kings Road European Subsidiary set up in Munich to facilitate international co-productions. Mr. Philip Holmes and Ms. Monika Nosic were appointed as joint managing directors of the subsidiary. Ms Nosic later joins the Board of Directors of the Company.

November 2007, West Coast Pictures LLC invests cash and 5 film assets in Kings Road Entertainment Inc for co-production between the two Companies. Sven Ebeling, principal of West Coast Pictures is an experienced film producer and was co-producer of the Academy Award winning film “Nowhere in Africa”.
