Philip Holmes – President, CEO & Director
Mr. Holmes joined the board in October 2003 as an independent Director and was appointed to the position of President on February 8th 2007 and to Chief Executive Officer on May 21st 2008. Mr. Holmes is also joint Managing Director of the German subsidiary.

Robert Kainz – CFO & Secretary
Mr. Kainz was appointed to the position of CFO on February 18th 2008. He also held the position of Director thru to June 3rd 2008.

Monika Nosic – Director
Ms. Nosic joined the Company in November 2007 as a Director and is also joint Managing Director of the German subsidiary.

Branko Lustig – Director
Mr. Lustig joined the Company in August 2008 as an independent Director.
